Abstract:
[Problem] In a conventional automobile with a box-shaped carriage, a negative-pressure area created toward the rear provides resistance during travel, causing a decrease in fuel efficiency performance. [Solution] A board of substantially the same size as the rear face of the carriage and having holes provided at around the center for ejecting air is attached to the rear of the box-shaped carriage with a gap from the carriage. Accordingly, when the truck runs, air taken in from around the box-shaped carriage can be ejected via the air ejection holes to the rear of the box-shaped carriage, whereby the development of a negative-pressure area during travel can be suppressed, running resistance can be reduced, and an increase in fuel efficiency can be achieved.
