The present invention relates to a buoyant berthing device for small ships, which may actively cope with the ebb and flow of the frequently changing tides at sea, on a lake, and in a river and with differences in water level due to the seafloor, and which can be easily installed at low cost. The buoyant berthing device includes: a buoyant body contacting one side surface of a ship to support the ship while floating on the surface of the water; a plurality of support cables disposed on the left and right sides of the buoyant body, wherein each one of the plurality of support cables has one end connected to the buoyant body and the other end extending up from the seafloor to support and balance the buoyant body by tension; a fixed body fixing the latter ends of the support cables to the seafloor; and an adjustment body pulling the support cables by using an elastic force to maintain the tension of the support cables, wherein the adjustment body releases the support cables when the water level increases to pull the support cables due to the ascending force of the buoyant body and collects the released support cables when the water level decreases to allow the buoyant body to descend.
