Abstract:
A bushing manufacturing method, a bushing, and an excavator. The bushing comprises an inner ring (2) and an outer ring (1). The bushing manufacturing method comprises the following steps: grinding a first mixed powder containing Fe, Al, Ti, Cr, and V, performing nitriding treatment on the ground first mixed powder to produce a stable, nitrogen-rich compound powder, and pressing, sintering, and molding the stable, nitrogen-rich compound powder to form the outer ring (1); grinding a second mixed powder containing Fe and Mo, performing vulcanization on the ground second mixed powder to form a FeS and MoS2 containing vulcanized powder, and pressing and molding the vulcanized powder to form the inner ring (2); placing the inner ring (2) in the outer ring (1), and sintering to manufacture the bushing. The nitride particle enhanced alloy of the bushing outer ring (1) has good tensile strength, creep strength, and fatigue strength, improving the wear resistance. The FeS, MoS2 solid lubrication layer of the bushing inner ring (2), in combination with the oil storage function of the powder metallurgy, allows for the liquid-solid synergistic lubrication between a friction pair, enhancing the lubrication function.
