Abstract:
A cable-stayed jacking reversing type sixteen-wheel four-way shuttle, comprising a support frame (100), a transverse walking driving mechanism (200), a longitudinal walking driving mechanism (300) and a cable-stayed reversing and jacking mechanism (400). The transverse walking driving mechanism (200) comprises a transverse driving wheel (201), a first transverse driven wheel (202), a second transverse driven wheel (203) and a third transverse driven wheel (204); the longitudinal walking driving mechanism (300) comprises a first longitudinal driving wheel (301), a second longitudinal driving wheel (302), a first longitudinal driven wheel (303) and a second longitudinal driven wheel (304); and the cable-stayed reversing and jacking mechanism (400) comprises a jacking transverse plate (401) and cable-stayed jacking sliding blocks (402), a ball shaft sleeve (407) is movably provided within a jacking shaft hole (410), cable-stayed jacking shafts (409) are provided on front and rear sides of the ball shaft sleeve (407), and the cable-stayed jacking sliding blocks (402) at the two ends are connected by means of a ball screw (403). In the cable-stayed jacking reversing type sixteen-wheel four-way shuttle of the present invention, the structural design of a sixteen-wheel two-way walking trolley is used, and the loading capacity and obstacle passing capacity of the trolley are greatly improved; in addition, the structural design thereof is compact, costs are reduced, and space is also saved.
