Abstract:
The present invention provides a calcined zirconia object that provides a sintered body that has, even when obtained by sintering for a short period of time, strength and translucency suitable for dentistry (in particular, use at a dental clinic). The present invention pertains to a calcined zirconia object provided with multiple layers which each contain zirconia and a stabilizing agent capable of suppressing phase transition of zirconia, wherein the main crystal system of the zirconia is a monoclinic system, and the content rate of the stabilizing agent with respect to the total mol of zirconia and the stabilizing agent is different among said layers.
