Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of calcium aluminate furnaces, and relates to a calcium aluminate melting pool and a calcium aluminate furnace comprising the calcium aluminate melting pool. A first cooling tank arranged at the periphery of the pool wall of the melting pool continuously cools the pool wall of the melting pool, reducing reaction erosion of a calcium aluminate melt to refractory bricks at the liquid level line position of the pool wall of the melting pool, reducing scouring of the calcium aluminate melt to the refractory bricks on the pool wall, and protecting the refractory bricks on the pool wall. A second cooling tank arranged at the periphery of an outflow port of the melting pool continuously cools the outflow port, reducing reaction erosion and scouring of the calcium aluminate melt to the outflow port, and protecting bricks on the outflow port.
