Provided are a camera module and an electronic device. The camera module comprises: a functional component; and a first base component, used for driving the functional component, and comprising: a first load-bearing seat having a first space, the first space being used for accommodating a functional component; and a first piezoelectric module carried on the first load-bearing seat and comprising: a first friction member, a first piezoelectric member, and a first force application member, wherein the first force application member comprises: a first surface and a second surface disposed relative to one another, the first surface facing the functional component, the first piezoelectric member being disposed on the first surface, the first friction member being disposed on the first piezoelectric member, and the first friction member abutting the functional component; when powered-on, the first piezoelectric member is configured to drive the first friction member to drive the functional component to move relative to the first load-bearing seat, and, during operation, the first piezoelectric member excites at least one modal. Compared with the prior art, the camera module provided in the present application is of a higher quality.
