Abstract:
Provided is a candidate motion information list determination method. The method comprises: determining a target motion information list and a historical motion information table; when the target motion information list is not fully filled, acquiring at least one piece of motion information on the basis of the historical motion information table; and filling the candidate motion information list with the at least one piece of motion information, wherein the candidate motion information list is used for providing candidate predicted displacement vectors for current encoding and decoding blocks. Further provided are a candidate motion information list determination apparatus, an electronic device, a storage medium, and a computer program product.
