Abstract:
This capacitor (1A) comprises an insulating substrate (10), a capacitance forming unit (20) provided so as to face a first principal surface (10a) of the insulating substrate (10), and a first external connection wiring and a second external connection wiring that are connected to the capacitance forming unit (20). The capacitance forming unit (20) includes conductive metallic porous bodies (21) connected to the first external connection wiring, a dielectric film (22) that covers the surface of the metallic porous bodies (21), and a conduction film (23) that covers the dielectric film (22) and is connected to the second external connection wiring. The first external connection wiring and the second external connection wiring each have a first via conductor (13) and a second via conductor (14) that pass through the insulating substrate, and the second external connection wiring has an internal conductor (18) that covers the conduction film (23) so as to fill a space inside the capacitance forming unit (20). The conduction film (23) and the second via conductor (14) are connected by means of at least the internal conductor (18).
