Abstract:
The present invention enables appropriate recovery of the capacity of a secondary battery by a capacity recovery device (550). For that purpose, the capacity recovery device (550) comprises: a capacity recovery processing unit (576) for performing a capacity recovery process of a secondary battery (510) in at least one cycle composed of a discharge period in which discharge current flows between a positive electrode terminal (502) and a negative electrode terminal (503) of the secondary battery (510), and an interval period in which a portion between the positive electrode terminal (502) and the negative electrode terminal (503) is opened or the discharge current is reduced as compared with the discharge period; and a capacity recovery interruption unit (578) for interrupting the capacity recovery process in accordance with the change state in battery voltage (Ev) of the secondary battery (510) in the capacity recovery process.
