Abstract:
This carbon nanotube composite wiring (10) comprises a substrate (3), a carbon nanotube (1), and a metal thin film (2) formed on the carbon nanotube (1). In the carbon nanotube (1), the peak ratio (G/D) of the G band and the D band in the Raman spectrum is 5-30 inclusive, and the carbon nanotube occupation area ratio which is the ratio occupied by the cross-sectional area of the carbon nanotube (1) with respect to the total of the cross-sectional area of the carbon nanotube (1) and the cross-sectional area of the metal thin film (2) is 10% or less.
