Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of the catalytic polymerization of conjugated dienes, and particularly discloses a catalytic system for a conjugated diene, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The objective of the present invention is to solve the technical problem of the incapability of achieving industrial production due to the fact that the catalytic cost and catalytic activity of existing iron-based catalytic systems which are used for catalyzing the synthesis of polymers with a low 1,4-structure content from conjugated dienes cannot be balanced. The system of the present invention comprises a component I, a component II and a component III, wherein the component I is a phosphine compound, alkoxy aluminum, borate ion pairs or a borate based on a soluble positive ion; the component II is an iron-based catalyst; and the component III is an aluminum auxiliary agent. The system is expected to realize the industrial production of polyconjugated diene rubber with a low 1,4-structure content, and better tackles the difficulty of balancing activity and costs during industrial application.
