Abstract:
Provided is a ceiling fan that blows air by means of the rotation of blades, and comprises a mounting section, an electric motor, a rotation body, and a plurality of blades, wherein the blades have a front edge and a back edge; the horizontal length from the center of the axis of rotation to the tip of each blade is the radius of the ceiling fan; when a blade angle is the angle formed by the horizontal plane and a chord that joins the front edge and back edge of a cylindrical cross-section of a blade at a given radius of the ceiling fan with the axis of rotation as the center, the blade angle at a position near one-half of the radius of the ceiling fan is at its maximum and the length of the chord is at its maximum; and the difference between the minimum and maximum blade angles at a given ceiling fan radius is between 6° and 20°.
