Abstract:
A center device 1 comprises: a PKG generating server 2 for generating a package including update data to be distributed to a vehicle; and a distribution server 3 for distributing the generated package to the vehicle. If an OEM notifies a specification change of a C-ECU 12B, an administrator 7 generates logic for generating the package in accordance with the specification change, records the logic in a logic management database 5, assigns an ID to the logic, and notifies the OEM. When notified of the ID and a corresponding software version of the C-ECU 12B by the OEM, the ID and the software version are recorded in a logic ID management database 4. If information relating to the C-ECU 12B to which the package is to be distributed is input by the distribution server 3, the PKG generating server 2 identifies the ID corresponding to the C-ECU 12B with reference to the logic ID management database 4, on the basis of the information, acquires the logic corresponding to the ID from the logic management database 5, and generates the package on the basis of the logic.
