Abstract:
The present invention provides a ceramic composite rubber conveyor belt covering layer, and a wear-resistant, impact-resistant rubber conveyor belt using same as a covering layer. The ceramic composite rubber conveyor belt covering layer of the present invention imparts an excellent wear and impact resistant performance to a rubber conveyor belt. In addition, thanks to a specific construction and manufacture process, the ceramic has a characteristic of high bonding strength, and therefore the conveyor belt has the advantage of long service life. The ceramic composite rubber conveyor belt covering layer comprises an upper covering sheet rubber layer (1), ceramic nails (2), and an upper covering substrate rubber layer (3), wherein each ceramic nail (2) comprises a nail cap (201), and a nail body (202) arranged beneath the nail cap (201); the ceramic nails (2) are arranged on an upper surface of the upper covering substrate rubber layer (3) in groups to form a ceramic nail array; distribution regions of the ceramic nail array are symmetrical about a center line of the covering layer; and the upper covering sheet rubber layer (1) is arranged on an upper side of the upper covering substrate rubber layer (3).
