Abstract:
A channel establishment method includes: receiving a RLSR (Radio Link Setup Request) information which is sent by a RNC (Radio Network Controller) I and includes a F-DPCH(Fractional-Dedicated Physical Control Channel) Slot Format support request IE; establishing a radio link using the F-DPCH Slot Format according to the RLSR; sending an information which responds to an unsuccessful RLS to the RNC I when the fractional RL establishes successfully, the response information including a F-DPCH Slot Format IE used by the radio link which establishes channel successfully. And a RNC and channel establishment system responding to the channel establishment method are provided in the present invention as well as.
