Abstract:
A charging and discharging control device (1) comprises: a pantograph point voltage detection unit (10) for detecting the pantograph point voltage of a vehicle (100); a charging and discharging control unit (11) which charges an electricity storage device (3) provided in a vehicle (100) when the pantograph point voltage is greater than or equal to a charging voltage threshold and discharges the electricity storage device (3) when the pantograph point voltage is lower than a discharging voltage threshold; a load determination unit (12) which determines whether or not the absolute value of a load power for the vehicle (100) is lower than a load power threshold; and a charging and discharging control modification unit (13) which reduces any one or more of the charging voltage threshold, the discharging voltage threshold, and a charging and discharging impedance, when the absolute value of a load power is lower than the load power threshold.
