This charging and discharging system 10 is provided with: an acquisition unit 161 for acquiring grid power information 164a indicating electric power flowing between a power grid 60 and the charging and discharging system 10 and vehicle electric power information 164b indicating electric power used for charging and discharging between a vehicle electric power storage device 51 and the charging and discharging system 10; a generation unit 162 for generating display data 164l for displaying on a display device 41 a screen that includes area information 164e indicating a supply area 1, grid information 164f indicating the power grid 60, vehicle electric power storage device information 164g indicating the vehicle electric power storage device 51, a grid electric current direction diagram 164i indicating a direction of electric current of the electric power indicated by the grid power information 164a, a vehicle electric current direction diagram 164j indicating a direction of electric current of the electric power indicated by the vehicle electric power information 164b, and load information 164d indicating the electric power consumption state of an electric power load 20; and a transmission unit 163 for transmitting the display data 164I to the display device 41.
