Abstract:
This charging planning server comprises a connection confirmation unit and a charging plan creation unit. The connection confirmation unit creates connection confirmation results in which it is confirmed whether a charger and the batteries of electric vehicles are electrically connected to each other or not. The charging plan creation unit creates a charging plan in which: a priority used for determining a charging order in which the charger charges the batteries is specified for each electric vehicle; the priorities of the electric vehicles confirmed as not being connected to the charger according to the connection confirmation results are more reduced than the priorities of the electric vehicles confirmed as being connected to the charger; and the charging order is determined in order of increasing priority with respect to each power facility for outputting power to the charger.
