Abstract:
A chemical fiber spinning device based on textile fabric production, the device comprising a first vertical plate (1) and a second vertical plate (2). A fixing plate (3) is fixedly connected to a back face of the first vertical plate (1); an electric motor (4) is fixedly connected to the top of the fixing plate (3); a first rotating rod (5) is fixedly connected to one end of an output shaft of the electric motor (4); an outer surface of the first rotating rod (5) is fixedly connected to a first rotating cylinder (6) and a second rotating cylinder (7); a back face of the second vertical plate (2) is rotationally connected to a second rotating rod (8) by means of a bearing; and an outer surface of the second rotating rod (8) is fixedly connected to a third rotating cylinder (9) and a fourth rotating cylinder (10). By means of the device, chemical fibers can be rapidly spun in a textile fabric production process, such that the chemical fiber spinning efficiency is improved; and chemical fibers can be limited in a chemical fiber spinning process, such that chemical fiber spinning is guaranteed, the use effect is good, and the device is suitable for popularization.
