Abstract:
Disclosed are a circuit division optimization method and system, and a storage medium. The circuit division optimization method comprises: generating an initial set of all instances in a netlist; determining whether the number of instances in the initial set is less than or equal to a number of single-page instances; if not, using a first preset rule to select from the initial set one instance to use as a seed, and adding same to a current page; solving an instance on the same page as the seed, and placing into a temporary set the instance on the same page as the seed; if the number of instances in the temporary set is less than or equal to the number of single-page instances, then using a second preset rule to select a seed from the temporary set, solving an instance on the same page as the seed, adding the instance into the temporary set, and continuing until the total number of instances in the temporary set is greater than the number of single-page instances. In the present invention, circuit division requires less time and is more efficient.
