Abstract:
The present invention relates to a circulation-type cutting oil refining apparatus comprising: a refining drum having at least two equiangularly spaced refining chambers formed therein, the refining chambers each having opened upper and lower parts, having a refining filter, for collecting foreign bodies (metal chips) remaining in cutting oil, formed on a side surface thereof, and having a flow port, for supplying cutting oil into the refining chamber, formed in one side thereof; a closing means for closing the upper and lower parts of any one of the refining chambers among the refining chambers of the refining drum; a supply means for supplying cutting oil, which is to be refined, to the flow port of the refining chamber of which the upper and lower parts have been closed by the closing means; a drive part for rotating the refining drum in one direction so as to enable the plurality of refining chambers to be sequentially disposed at the closing means; a cleaning means for cleaning the refining chambers, which are transferred by passing through the closing means and the supply means, so as to enable a cutting oil refining operation through the refining chambers to be repeatedly carried out; and a housing for enclosing and protecting the refining drum, and having a discharge pipe formed on one side thereof so as to guide and discharge, to the outside, refined cutting oil which has passed through the refining filter of the refining chamber positioned at the closing means.
