Abstract:
A clearing device which may, for example, be used for clearing snow, comprises a plurality of rotary, plate-like clearing components (12, 14, 16, 18), each having an elastic edge region (12', 14', 16', 18'). Said clearing components are fitted in staggered array on a supporting beam (28) in such a way that the concave elastic edge regions largely overlap between two adjacent clearing components. The clearing device can be set to at least a first and second working position in which, in the first working position, 90 DEG < beta 1 < alpha 1 < 180 DEG and, in the second, 0 < alpha 2 < beta 2 < 90 DEG , in which alpha 1, alpha 2 = the angle measured between the longitudinal axis (Y) of the supporting beam (28) and the direction of movement (D) of the clearing device, and beta 1, beta 2 = the angle measured between the longitudial axis (Y) of the supporting beam (28) and the axes of rotation (Xi) of the clearing components (12, 14, 16, 18).
