CLAIMS

A sharing and software processing cloud platform (1) for business management applications comprising:

• a database (10) comprising identification and operational data of users (Ui; i=1..n) of said cloud platform (1 );

• selectable operational modules (MODi;i=1..n) representative of operational functions that the cloud platform (1) selectively makes available to said users (Ui);

• an electronic processing unit (100) configured to:

(51) receive connection requests (REQi) from said users (Ui) for access to said selectable operational modules (MODi;i=1..n);

(52) search for and select information (DataUi) on the user (Ui) from the web;

(53) process the data retrieved from the web and define a reliability rating (RJJi) of said user (Ui);

(54) compare said defined rating (RJJi) with a reference rating value (R_ref);

(55) on the basis of said calculated rating (RJJi); modify an accessibility (Mod_Acc) by said user (Ui) to said selectable operational modules (MODi;i=1..n) and/or modify and/or activate a mode of connection (CONNJJi) of said user (Ui) with other users (Ui) of said cloud platform (1);

(56) transmit to said user (Ui) said rating value (RJJi) and one or more of the following: said modified accessibilities (Mod_Acc) to said selectable operational modules (MODi) and/or said modified and/or activated modes of connection

(CONNJJi) of said user (Ui) with other users (Ui) of said cloud platform (1).

2. The cloud platform (1) according to claim 1 , wherein said step (S3) of processing the data retrieved from the web and defining a reliability rating (RJJi) of said user (Ui) is performed with an artificial intelligence (Al) software.

The cloud platform (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said step (S2) of searching for and selecting information (DataUi) from the web comprises one or more of the following: searching for profitability / financial / equity data/news/reports; searching for data / news tied to the company reputation; searching for interactions between the user (Ui) and other users (Ui) (recorded in the database (10)).

4. The cloud platform (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said step of modifying a mode of connection (CONNJJi) of said user (Ui) with other users (Ui) of said cloud platform (1) comprises, in the case of nonconformity of said rating (RJJi), one or more of the following:

- blocking the supply/procurement/relations with other users (Ui);

- sending a warning alert to the company functions that have a relationship with said user (Ui).

5. The cloud platform (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said step of modifying a mode of connection (CONNJJi) of said user (Ui) with other users (Ui) of said cloud platform (1) comprises, in the event of conformity of said rating (RJJi), one or more of the following:

- obtaining reasoned, customizable lists of users (Ui), based on corresponding ratings (RJJi)

- automatically connecting to other users (Ui) with a conforming rating in order to activate commercial actions.

6. The cloud platform (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein in the case of nonconformity with said reference rating value (R_Ref), activating a rating reassessment procedure vis-a-vis said user (Ui).

The cloud platform (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said selectable operational modules (MODi;i=1..n) representative of operational functions provided comprise one or more of the following: dashboard, master data, finance, opportunities, human resources, list, projects, help desk, time report, website, drive, statistics and configuration.

8. A computer-implemented sharing and software processing method for business management applications, comprising the steps of:

(SO) providing a cloud platform (1) comprising:

• a database (10) comprising identification and operational data of users (Ui; i=1..n) of said cloud platform (1 );

• selectable operational modules (MODi;i=1..n) representative of operational functions that the cloud platform (1) selectively makes available to said users (Ui);

(51) receive connection requests (REQi) from said users (Ui) for access to said selectable operational modules (MODi;i=1..n);

(52) search for and select information (DataUi) on the user (Ui) from the web;

(53) process the data retrieved from the web and define a reliability rating (RJJi) of said user (Ui);

(54) compare said defined rating (RJJi) with a reference rating value (R_ref);

(55) on the basis of said calculated rating (RJJi); modifying an accessibility (Mod_Acc) by said user (Ui) to said selectable operational modules (MODi;i=1..n) and/or modifying and/or activating a mode of connection (CONNJJi) of said user (Ui) with other users (Ui) of said cloud platform (1);

(S6) transmitting to said user (Ui) said rating value (RJJi) and one or more of the following: said modified accessibilities (Mod_Acc) to said selectable operational modules (MODi) and/or said modified and/or activated modes of connection (CONNJJi) of said user (Ui) with other users (Ui) of said cloud platform (1).

9. A computer program configured, when running, to carry out one or more steps of the method described. 10. A data reception and transmission system for business management applications comprising: said sharing and software processing cloud platform (1) for business management applications according to any one of the preceding claims; a user device (20), associated with a user (Ui) of said cloud platform (1), arranged to communicate with said cloud platform (1).

The data reception and transmission system according to claim 10, wherein said user device (20), is configured to: request (Req) from said cloud platform (1) a connection on the part of said users (Ui) for access to said selectable operational modules (MODi ;i=1..n); receive (S6) said rating value (RJJi) and one or more of the following said modified accessibilities (Mod_Acc) to said selectable operational modules (MODi;i=1..n) and/or said modified modes of connection (CONNJJi) of said user (Ui) with other users (Ui).

12. The data reception and transmission system according to claim 11 , wherein said user device (20) is automatically connectable to other user devices (20) of other users (Ui) on the basis of said rating (RJJi).

13. The data reception and transmission system according to claim 12, wherein said automatic connection is provided between two or more users (Ui) with respective ratings (RJJi) conforming to said reference rating value (R_Ref).

14. The data reception and transmission system according to any one of claims 10 to 13, wherein said user device (20) comprises a smart device, such as a smartphone, a tablet PC, a PDA, a smartwatch or the like.

TITLE

CLOUD PLATFORM AND DATA PROCESSING AND SHARING METHOD FOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OPTIMIZATION, AND CORRESPONDING DATA RECEPTION AND TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

FIELD OF APPLICATION

The object of the present invention is a data processing and sharing cloud platform for business management optimization. A further object of the present invention is a data processing and sharing method for business management optimization.

A further object of the present invention is a data reception and transmission system.

In particular, the present invention allows for sharing and processing of data, i.e., a tool for the company which is useful for optimizing business organization and solving business needs by developing all the functions useful for the company in a modular and dynamic way.

PRIOR ART

It is known that the functions useful for the company are by nature varied and heterogeneous; corresponding applications allow for a management that goes from master data, financial resources, through human resources and price lists, to arrive at the management of websites and business projects.

Management of heterogeneous information is often unstructured and left to the experience of individuals.

All of this entails poor general efficiency in the performance of the company.

Scope of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art. A particular scope of the present invention is to create a data processing and sharing allowing for the optimization of business functions. A particular scope of the present invention is to create an automated data sharing and processing which is not subject to human error.

A further scope of the present invention is to create an automated data processing and sharing which is not limited to a single company. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In a first aspect, the invention discloses a sharing and software processing cloud platform for business management applications according to what has been disclosed in claim 1.

Advantageous aspects are disclosed in the dependent claims 2 to 7.

In a second aspect, the invention discloses a computer-implemented sharing and software processing method for business management applications, according to what has been disclosed in claim 8.

In a third aspect, the invention discloses a computer program for carrying out the method of the second aspect.

In a fourth aspect, the invention discloses a data receiving and transmitting system for business management applications, according to what has been disclosed in claim 10.

Advantageous aspects are disclosed in the dependent claims 11 to 14.

The invention allows to optimize business organization and to solve business needs by providing all the functions useful for the company in a modular and dynamic way.

The invention further allows for an efficient information exchange between companies deemed efficient and reliable.

The invention accomplishes the following technical effects:

- optimization of business functions;

- automated data sharing and processing which is not subject to human error;

- efficient, dynamic, and integrated data processing for implementing functions useful for the company;

- efficient data processing as it is shared between efficient companies which can relate to each other on the basis of efficiency and reliability criteria;

- simple to use and interact with.

The technical effects/advantages mentioned, and other technical effects/advantages of the invention will result in more detail from the description below of an example of an embodiment given by way of indication and not limitation with reference to the appended drawings. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Figure 1 is a schematic view of a sharing and software processing cloud platform for business management applications according to the invention. Figure 2 is a detailed view of a particular of figure 1.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

In a first aspect, the object of the present invention is a sharing and software processing cloud platform for business management applications. With particular reference to figure 1, the cloud platform 1 comprises a database 10, in turn comprising identification and operational data of users Ui (i=1..n) of the platform itself.

The cloud platform 1 further comprises a plurality of selectable operational modules (MODi;i=1..m) representative of operational functions that the cloud platform 1 selectively makes available to its users Ui. Among those services, corresponding to the selectable operational modules, are comprised, but are not limited to, one or more of the following:

• Dashboard: opening page in which all widgets need to be placed, so that the user may focus on the most urgent activities to carry out. There will have to be: calendar, task list, call list, appointment list.

• Master data: master registry with many-to-many relationship: companies, people, real estate, cars, etc.

• Finance: everything that is needed to manage the financial aspects of the company: accounts payable and receivable invoicing, cash flow management, project management control, proceeds management, debt collection, etc. • Opportunities: module for the management of the commercial section, from the management of a salesperson (also by phone) to the management of negotiations, sales force, commissions, creation of contracts/offerings.

• Human resources: management of human resources, from posting job announcements, filing resumes, managing the interview process to managing an employee dashboard with payroll, reimbursements of expenses, vacation and leave requests, and training activities.

• List: list of company products and services.

• Projects: management of projects and orders. In Smart mode (with backlog, sprint etc.) or in simplified mode (only milestone + task).

• Help Desk: management of intervention requests, each ticket can trigger multiple tasks within the organization.

• Time report: time-type activity reporting module.

• Website: module for the management of marketing aspects and for the creation of a business website (WordPress style) with widgets already integrated with the functionalities of the platform.

• Drive: document storage area, with business protocol management.

• Statistics: area with updated statistics and kpi from the various modules of the platform.

• Configuration: configuration module of the various aspects of the platform.

The cloud platform 1 of the invention further comprises an electronic processing unit 100.

Throughout the present description and in the following claims, the electronic processing unit 100 is logically divided in different functional modules (memory modules or operational modules) which carry out the described functions.

Such electronic processing unit 100 may be made of a single electronic device, conveniently programmed to carry out the described functionalities, and the different modules may correspond to hardware entities and/or software routines being part of the programmed device. Alternatively, or in addition, such functionalities may be carried out by a plurality of electronic devices on which the above-said functional modules may be distributed.

The electronic processing unit 100 may further dispose of one or more processors for carrying out the instructions contained within the memory modules; the above-said functional modules may further be distributed on different computers locally or remotely according to the architecture of the network in which they are located.

With reference to figure 1 , and in particular to figure 2, the electronic processing unit 100 is configured to receive (step S1) connection requests REQi from the users Ui for accessing the selectable operational modules MODi (i=1..n).

With particular reference to figure 2, the electronic processing unit 100 comprises a reception module 101 configured to carry out the above-said functionality.

In other words, the users Ui, who may be companies, businesses, individuals, connect to the platform to request services by means of the provided modules.

The electronic processing unit 100 is further configured to search for and select (step S2) DataUi information on the user Ui from the web.

With particular reference to figure 2, the electronic processing unit 100 comprises a search and selection module 102 configured to carry out the above-said functionality.

The search may be a search on a new user or on a user already registered on the cloud platform, whose reliability parameters need to be re-assessed according to the terms of the invention as described below. According to the invention, the search and selection module 102 will assess information of different nature.

In particular, DataUi information from the web will comprise one or more of the following: profitability / financial / equity data/news/reports; data / news tied to the company reputation; interactions between the user Ui and other users recorded in the database 10.

In particular, according to the invention, the search and selection module 102 will retrieve and analyze from the web:

• profitability / financial / equity data/news/reports (retrieved in outsourcing by means of, for example, financial rating agencies, or from data held within the cloud platform);

• data/news (on events that have taken place but also on prospective predictions) tied to the company reputation (the data entered will be certified by third party sources that will verify the truthfulness thereof);

• interactions between the company and the client/provider/partner recorded by the cloud platform (for example: number of successful contracts, adherence to budget and time schedule, number and consistency of open projects, number of calls to the help desk, etc.), also interpolated with those of other users of the cloud platform and referring to the same subject.

In the search for interactions, the users of the user Ui comprise for example the clients/providers/partners of the user itself, recorded in the database 10.

The electronic processing unit 100 is further configured to process (step S3) the DataUi information retrieved from the web and define a reliability rating RJJi of the user Ui.

With particular reference to figure 2, the electronic processing unit 100 comprises a first processing module 103 configured to carry out the above-said functionality.

According to the invention, the above-said step S3 is performed with an artificial intelligence Al software.

According to the invention, starting from the calculated rating RJJi, a plurality of functions will be implemented; if the rating reaches a determined pre-set level, for example, an alert will be activated by the platform, which will be accompanied by a series of actions to predict.

In general, in the case of nonconformity with the reference rating value R_Ref, activation of a rating reassessment procedure vis-a-vis the user Ui is provided.

For example, guided procedures may be provided in order to possibly improve the rating, bringing it within an optimal threshold (e.g., by means of an audit conducted through an automated procedure, wherein the information held by the platform must be confirmed or denied while proving evidence).

According to the invention, data processing starting from the rating will be now disclosed in detail.

With particular reference to figure 2, the electronic processing unit 100 comprises a second processing module 104 configured to carry out the above-said functionality.

The electronic processing unit 100 is configured to compare (step S4) the rating defined as RJJi with a reference rating value R_ref.

A first comparison sub-module 104A is configured to carry out the above- said functionality.

The electronic processing unit 100 is configured to modify (step S5) an accessibility Mod_Acc to the selectable operating modules MODi by the user Ui on the basis of the calculated rating RJJi.

An accessibility sub-module 104B1 is configured to carry out the above- said functionality.

Alternatively, or in addition, the electronic processing unit 100 is configured to modify and/or activate (step S5) a mode of connection CONNJJi of the user Ui with other users Ui of the cloud platform 1 on the basis of the calculated rating RJJi.

A modification sub-module 104B2 is configured to carry out the above-said functionality. In particular, according to the invention, in the case of nonconformity of the rating RJJi, the step of modifying a mode of connection CONNJJi of the user Ui with other users Ui of said cloud platform 1 comprises one or more of the following:

- blocking the supply/procurement/relations with firms that do not have conforming rating;

- sending a warning alert to the company functions that have a relationship with said user Ui with non-conforming rating.

In particular, according to the invention, in the event of conformity of the rating RJJi, the step of modifying a mode of connection CONNJJi of the user Ui with other users Ui of the cloud platform 1 comprises one or more of the following:

- obtaining reasoned, customizable lists of users Ui based on corresponding ratings RJJi;

- automatically connecting to other users Ui with a conforming rating in order to activate commercial actions.

A technical effect ensured by the invention is the activation of efficient and reliable operational connections between different users who log into the cloud platform, on the basis of the calculated rating, so that the business organization is more efficient.

The electronic processing unit 100 is further configured to transmit (step S6) to the user Ui the rating value RJJi and one or more of the following: modified accessibilities Mod_Acc to selectable operational modules MODi and/or modified and/or activated modes of connection CONNJJi of the user Ui with other users Ui of the cloud platform 1.

With particular reference to figure 2, the electronic processing unit 100 comprises a transmission module 105 configured to carry out the above- said functionalities.

In a second aspect, the invention discloses a computer-implemented sharing and software processing method for business management applications.

The method comprises the steps of:

(50) providing a cloud platform 1 comprising: a database 10 comprising identification and operational data of users Ui (i=1..n) of the cloud platform 1 ; selectable operational modules MODi (i=1..n) representative of operational functions that the cloud platform 1 selectively makes available to the users Ui;

(51) receiving connection requests REQi from the users Ui for access to the selectable operational modules (MODi;i=1..n);

(52) searching for and selecting information DataUi on the user Ui from the web;

(53) processing the data retrieved from the web and defining a reliability rating RJJi of the user Ui; (S4) compare the defined rating RJJi with a reference rating value R_ref;

(55) on the basis of the calculated rating RJJi; modifying an accessibility by the user Ui to the selectable operational modules MODi (i=1..n) and/or modifying and/or activating modes of connection CONNJJi of the user Ui with other users Ui of the cloud platform 1 ;

(56) transmitting to the user Ui the rating value RJJi and one or more of the following: modified accessibilities Mod_Acc to selectable operational modules MODi and/or modified and/or activated modes of connection CONNJJi of the user Ui with other users Ui of the cloud platform 1.

In a third aspect, the invention discloses a computer program configured, when run, to carry out one or more steps of the method described. In a fourth aspect, the invention discloses a data receiving and transmitting system for business management applications. The system according to the invention comprises the previously disclosed sharing and software processing cloud platform 1 for business management applications and a user device 20 associated with a user Ui of the cloud platform 1 , arranged to communicate with the cloud platform 1.

Preferably, the user device 20 comprises a smart device, such as a smartphone, a tablet-PC, a PDA, a smartwatch or the like.

The user device 20 is configured to request Req from said cloud platform 1 a connection on the part of a user Ui for access to the selectable operational modules MODi.

In other words, the device 20 is the user interface Ui vis-a-vis the cloud platform 1.

The user device 20 is further configured to receive (step S6) the rating value RJJi and one or more of the following modified accessibilities Mod_Acc to selectable operational modules MODi and/or modified modes of connection CONNJJi of the user Ui with other users Ui.

According to the invention, the user device 20 is automatically connectable to other user devices 20 of other users Ui on the basis of the calculated rating RJJi.

In other words, in the event of conformity of the rating value RJJi, the electronic processing unit 100 determines which users Ui can be connected and activates a communication between the corresponding user devices 20.

According to the invention, automatic connection provided up between two or more users Ui with respective ratings RJJi conforming to the reference rating value R_Ref.

A sharing and software processing cloud platform for business management applications, a computer-implemented sharing and software processing method for business management applications and a data reception and transmission system for business management applications have been disclosed.

The invention allows to optimize business organization and to solve business needs by providing all the functions useful for the company in a modular and dynamic way.

The invention further allows for an efficient information exchange between companies deemed efficient and reliable.

The invention accomplishes the following technical effects:

- optimization of business functions; - automated data sharing and processing which is not subject to human error;
