Abstract:
A cloud server-based fault self-diagnosis method and system. The cloud server-based fault self-diagnosis method comprises: receiving a fault query request uploaded by an air conditioner, wherein the fault query request is generated according to a fault occurred in the air conditioner and at least comprises a fault code; determining a fault type of the air conditioner according to the fault code, wherein a cloud server pre-stores fault types corresponding to different fault codes, and the fault types comprise indoor unit faults and outdoor unit faults; determining whether an indoor unit fault occurs in the air conditioner; and if yes, obtaining user information corresponding to the air conditioner, and assigning a repair task according to the user information. According to the solution of the present invention, an order can be created for an indoor unit fault of the air conditioner in time for repair; effective fault reporting information of the air conditioner is screened, so that the burden of a repair terminal is reduced, thereby avoiding invalid automatic order creation of a background, and effectively solving the problems of resource waste and information redundancy.
