Abstract:
Disclosed are a CMOS transistor, a circuit for driving liquid crystal pixels, and a CMOS transmission gate. The CMOS transmission gate comprises an NMOS transistor (300), a PMOS transistor (310), and a capacitor (320). A source electrode of the NMOS transistor (300) and a source electrode of the PMOS transistor (310) are coupled to serve as an input terminal (351), and a drain electrode of the NMOS transistor (300) and a drain electrode of the PMOS transistor (310) are coupled to serve as an output terminal (362). An end of the capacitor (320) is grounded, and another end of the capacitor (320) is coupled to the output terminal (362). A substrate (341) of the PMOS transistor (310) and the output terminal (362) have the same voltage. The present CMOS transmission gate effectively reduces the incidence of electric leakage after CMOS transmission gates are turned off, such that signals output by the gates can remain basically unchanged for a longer period of time.
