Abstract:
Provided is a CNC machine tool having high safety performance for shearing, bending, and rolling, comprising a machine base (1); a machine frame (2) is arranged on the top of said machine base (1); a lifting/lowering platform (3) is installed on the inner side of the bottom of the machine frame (2) near the upper part of the machine base (1); the bottom end of the lifting/lowering platform (3) is connected to a machining cutter (4); a PLC controller (5) is installed on the outer side wall of the machine frame (2); the outer surface of the PLC controller (5) is provided with a control switch (6); a first fixing frame (7) is arranged at a position above the edge of the machine base (1) near the front side of the machining cutter (4); an infrared emitting tube (71) is embedded and installed on the inner side wall of the first fixing frame (7); a second fixing frame (8) is arranged at a position above the edge of the machine base corresponding to the first fixing frame (7); an infrared receiving tube (81) is embedded and installed at a position on the inner side wall of the second fixing frame (8) corresponding to the infrared emitting tube (71). The invention facilitates increases protection of an operator during operation, improving safety performance and effectively separating debris from material, and is convenient for the operator to clean.
