Abstract:
Provided is a coating film transfer tool which locks the rotation of supply reel simultaneously with finishing a transfer operation onto a transfer object surface so as to improve the cutting of a transfer tape and to prevent a stringing phenomenon, and which can improve usability by minimizing unnecessary movement of the transfer head as much as possible when starting the transfer operation. A base member 16 having a transfer head 5 attached to the front end thereof and having, in the rear half section, a locking pawl 16e that can lock the rotation of the supply reel, is rotatably supported on a base member support shaft 15 provided in a housing 2 between the transfer head 5 and the locking pawl 16e, and a spring member 20 is interposed between the base member 16 and the housing 2. Thus, when the transfer head 5 is pressed against a transfer object surface S, the locking of the rotation of the supply reel 4 is released due to the rotation of the base member 16; and when the pressing of the transfer head 5 is released, the base member 16 returns to the original position due to the spring member 20 so that the rotation of the supply reel 4 is locked.
