Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coffee roasting apparatus and, specifically, to a coffee roasting apparatus, which continuously and uniformly roasts a large amount of green beans with conductive heat so as to produce coffee beans with a unique taste and smell by comprising a screw conveyor module including: a conveyor drum which has a barrel shape, and which is provided in the transverse direction so that green beans can be accommodated therein; and a screw provided in the conveyor drum so as to stir the green beans while moving same in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor drum, wherein, in the screw conveyor module, the plurality of conveyor drums are continuously arranged in the vertical direction and adjacent conveyor drums are connected to each other, and heating members for applying heat toward the conveyor drums are provided at points adjacent to the plurality of conveyor drums.
