Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cold storage material composition having an excellent melting temperature and stability and a technique for utilizing the cold storage material composition. The problem is solved by a cold storage material composition comprising water, a lithium ion, a bromide ion, a specified amount of a crystal nucleating agent, and an anti-foaming agent and/or a higher fatty acid alkali metal salt.
