Abstract:
A combined anti-collision cushioning apparatus and an anti-collision cushioning vehicle. Multiple cushioning modules (1) sequentially arranged from front to back are provided, and a rotating mechanism (6) is provided between each two adjacent cushioning modules (1); when the apparatus does not need to be used, the cushioning module (1) located at the back side is flipped, by means of the rotating mechanism (6), to the upper side of the cushioning module (1) located at the front side, such that the multiple cushioning modules (1) sequentially arranged in the horizontal direction can be converted into a vertical mode; then, an oil cylinder driving apparatus (5) on the cushioning vehicle is used to drive the anti-collision apparatus to rotate by 90°, and the cushioning modules (1) can be sequentially loaded into a back vehicle hopper, such that wind resistance can be reduced and a height limiting condition can be avoided; an inner diameter size of each cushioning unit (10) in the cushioning module (1) located at the front side is smaller than an inner diameter size of each cushioning unit (10) in the cushioning module (1) located at the back side; by using the porous cushioning units (10) having sizes increasing in a gradient manner and using a hollow multi-layer hierarchical structure, transmission of stress waves is effectively improved, the energy absorption capacity is increased, and the impact resistance and cushioning energy absorption effects of the cushioning apparatus are improved.
