Abstract:
A combined pickling sling, comprising a sling main body, hanging rods (5) and hanging rings (8) connected to the hanging rods (5); the sling main body is composed of a support strap (1) and two connecting straps (2) connected to two ends of the support strap (1), side walls of two ends of each of the two connecting straps (2) are both fixedly connected to a reinforcing flexible plate (3), one end of each connecting strap (2) is fixedly connected to a connecting plate (4), two connecting rings (11) arranged in a pair are fixedly connected to the top of the connecting plates (4); a sheet-shaped hanging block (6) arranged in a vertical direction is fixedly connected to the bottom of each hanging rod (5), a connecting tubular column (7) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the hanging block (6), the connecting tubular column (7) is connected to the connecting ring (11) in an inserted manner, a fastening screw (9) is inserted into the connecting tubular column (7) and the connecting ring (11) which are connected in an inserted manner, and the tail end of the fastening screw (9) is in threaded connection with a fastening nut (10). The sling has a reasonable structural design, and by means of the combined use of the connecting tubular columns (7), the connecting rings (11), the fastening screws (9) and the fastening nuts (10), the combined installation of the suspender is achieved, facilitating the replacement of the support strap which is in frequent contact with workpieces, and reducing the use cost of the pickling suspender.
