Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is a common-mode noise suppressing circuit for a servo driver. A first filtering unit of the circuit is a three-line common mode inductor, which carries out common mode current absorption, so that the loss of common mode current is increased. A second filtering unit is connected in series to a common mode filtering Y capacitor and an inductor between a direct current bus and the ground so as to provide a backflow path for common-mode noise. A third filtering unit produces a voltage reference point by means of the capacitors between buses at a bus midpoint, and noise on a power line flows back to the bus by means of a path provided by the Y capacitor so as to reduce noise which flows over a power line and a motor distribution capacitor. According to the present invention, in a situation where the capacitance value of a filtering capacitor is not increased and a leakage current requirement is met, the small filtering capacitor generates a better filtering effect in a main servo noise frequency band, and meanwhile, filtering processing may be carried out effectively by targeting a frequency band having louder noise. A common-mode current absorption effect is increased, the backflow path of the common-mode current on a main noise point is changed, and conducted and radiated loop noise current is reduced.
