Abstract:
In the present invention, a UE (100) communicates wirelessly with a base station (200) that manages a cell (250) having N (N≥2) transmission/reception points (TRPs) (201#0, 201#1) . The UE (100) is provided with: a communication unit (110) for receiving, from the base station (200), a wireless resource control (RRC) message that includes information to configure N beam failure detection resource sets (521#0, 521#1); and a control unit (120) for individually detecting a beam failure for each of the N beam failure detection resource sets (521#0, 521#1). When there is a beam failure detection resource set (521#0) that does not provide a reference signal resource for detecting beam failure, the control unit (120) detects a beam failure for the aforementioned beam failure detection resource set by using a prescribed reference signal resource in lieu of the aforementioned reference signal resource.
