Abstract:

Provided are a communication device and its communication control method capable of reporting that there exists a group communication which has not responded although it has received a start communication and easily checking whether the group communication is being held. When a communication unit (102) receives a start report of PTT communication, an operation reporting the reception of the start report (such as display of a message on a display unit (107)) is performed. If no instruction to participate in the PTT communication is inputted from a key input unit (103), a message indicating that the PTT communication is being held is displayed on the display unit (107) until the end report of the PTT communication is received by the communication unit (102). Thus, it is possible to accurately check existence of a PTT communication which has not returned a response although it has received a start report and easily check that the PTT communication is being held.
