Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a communication method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: in response to a terminal using a specific frequency band to access a serving cell, sending random access information to a network device, the random access information comprising listen-before-talk (LBT) failure information used for describing the LBT failure of the terminal during the random access process. By means of sending to the network device the random access information containing LBT failure conditions when accessing the serving cell in the specific frequency band, the terminal does not need to report in any case the LBT failure conditions corresponding to each beam, thereby reducing the communication cost for the terminal to report the LBT failure conditions, and further saving the communication resources.
