Disclosed by the present application is a communication method, comprising: determining a reserved downlink control information (DCI) size, the number of categories for the reserved DCI size being less than the number of categories for all DCI sizes; and notifying a user equipment of the reserved DCI size. Also disclosed in the present application are a communication device and a readable storage medium.
