COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/082611
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed by the present application are a communication method and apparatus used for solving the problem of inaccurate resource usage conditions in network devices. The method comprises: a first network device receives resource state information sent by a second network device, wherein the resource state information comprises at least one of the following types of information: resource information related to a dual active protocol stack and resource information related to conditional handover; the first network device determines the resource usage conditions of the second network device on the basis of the resource state information. By means of the method above, the first network device can determine resources soon to be released by the second network device, resources that may be occupied, and so on, so as to be able to calculate the resource usage conditions of the second network device so as to acquire more accurate resource usage conditions, and especially to have a more accurate prediction for resource usage conditions expected in the future.
