Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a communication method and device and a computer-readable storage medium that can solve the problem of delays in data transmission or data reception for terminal devices in the prior art. The method comprises: if an occasion for detecting a wake-up signal is not present in a first time window, or if the first time window does not include an occasion for detecting a wake-up signal in at least one search space set configured for a terminal device, performing physical downlink control channel detection within a wake-up mode on-duration period in a discontinuous reception (DRX) state, wherein the first time window is a time window for detecting the wake-up signal, the wake-up signal is used to instruct the terminal device to perform the physical downlink control channel detection within the on-duration period, and the first time window temporally precedes the on-duration period.
