Abstract:
A communication method and a related apparatus, which are applied to the technical field of communications. In the embodiments of the present application, when switching a frequency point, a first node notifies, using physical-layer control signaling indicating frequency point switching, a second node to switch an operating frequency point, wherein the physical-layer control signaling indicating frequency point switching is scrambled using a first identifier such that same is distinguished from physical-layer signaling of other functions. In the above implementation manner, the indication of operating frequency point switching is completed by means of a first identifier and physical-layer control signaling, such that the time used for frequency point switching is shortened, and a first node and a second node can switch to a second frequency point for performing communication as soon as possible, thereby improving the transmission performance of a communication network.
