Abstract:

A communication method according to a first aspect of this invention is a method for allowing a user device to communicate with a master cell group (MCG) and a secondary cell group (SCG), and comprises: a step of transmitting, to the user device by a master node managing the master cell group (MCG), a radio resource control (RRC) message including a target MCG setting for performing conditional handover (CHO) to a target MCG and an SCG candidate setting of each of a plurality of SCG candidates associated with the target MCG; a step of receiving the RRC message by the user device; and a step of selecting, by the user device, an SCG candidate from among the plurality of SCG candidates as a target SCG if an execution condition of the CHO is satisfied.
