Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a communication method of a wearable device, a wearable device, and a machine-readable storage medium. The method comprises: a wearable device starting a vSIM, wherein the vSIM at least comprises an activation vSIM card, and obtaining registration information according to an activation vSIM card registration network; and performing authentication in a cloud platform according to the registration information, and providing communication for the wearable device on the basis of a KI card number or an eSIM card number sent by the cloud platform. According to the embodiments of the present invention, by using a service KI network or an eSIM network for communication, a user of a wearable device can access the Internet as soon as the device is turned on, without the need of buying a physical SIM card or connecting to WiFi. Moreover, the Internet can be accessed as long as there is coverage by an operator, so that global Internet access can be realized. Compared with a conventional mode in which a physical SIM card is required for communication, the present solution has good network stability, high safety, and more comprehensive network coverage.
