Abstract:
Electromagnetic radiation is suppressed by preventing deterioration of contact with an electromagnetic wave suppressing member. The electromagnetic wave suppressing member (12) is attached to the case (14) of a communication module (10a). When the communication module (10a) is inserted into a cage (31) which is the module-insertion portion of a casing, the electromagnetic wave suppressing member (12) is brought into contact with the cage (31) to suppress the electromagnetic radiation. Piezoelectric element (13) are provided on the cage (14) and positioned between the case (14) and the electromagnetic wave suppressing member (12). While communication module (10a) is inserted into the cage (31), a control part (21) applies voltage to the piezoelectric elements (13) to expand the piezoelectric elements (13) with the applied voltage, thereby increasing the contact pressure of the electromagnetic wave suppressing member (12) and the cage (31) to each other.
