Abstract:

The user of a terminal is allowed to intentionally extend a possible telephone conversation time assigned by a server. In a PoC service allowing a plurality of terminals to have half-duplex telephone conversations, among them, using packet communication via a PoC server, the PoC server receives a floor time extension request from a user terminal (21) assigned a floor (Step S801), then determines that there exist no floor requests from the terminals other than the user terminal (21) assigned the floor, and then grants the floor time extension request. The PoC server then sends a floor time extension notification to the terminal whose floor time extension request has been granted (Step S802).
