Abstract:
[Problem] To improve security at the time of connecting a mobile station, which is capable of wirelessly connecting directly to a mobile network, to another mobile network via another mobile station, and to promote the proper use of networks. [Solution] This system comprises: a first mobile station (10) connectable to a first network (30); and a second mobile station (20) connectable to a second network (40). The first mobile station has the function of connecting to the second network via the second mobile station. The connection of the first mobile station to the second network is controlled on the basis of information (mobile station contract information) regarding the communication service use contract of the first network.
