A communication system includes: a receiver resource module configured to determine a receiver-antenna count for characterizing a device; an adjustment module, coupled to the receiver resource module, configured to generate a receiver-capacity profile exceeding a capability associated with the receiver-antenna count with a control unit; and are port module, coupled to the adjustment module, configured to transmit the receiver-capacity profile for communicating a communication content for communicating with the device.
