Abstract:
This communication unit is provided with: a circuit board, on which a communication circuit is formed; an antenna connected to the communication circuit; and a housing that houses the circuit board and the antenna. The housing includes an upper board section, a lower board section, and an outer wall section. The upper board section is positioned above the lower board section. An inner space is formed using the upper board section, lower board section, and outer wall section. The inner wall section, which surrounds the whole periphery of the circuit board in a plan view, and which protrudes to a position below the circuit board from the lower surface of the upper board section in a side view, is provided in the inner space.
