Abstract:
A preparation method for a composite material. The preparation method comprises: providing a polyaromatic ring compound with a structure shown as general formula I and metal oxide nanoparticles, wherein Ar1, Ar2, Ar3 and Ar4 are selected from aromatic rings, X1, X2 and X3 are selected from active groups capable of being combined with the metal oxide nanoparticles, and R1, R2 and R3 each independently contain at least one of alkylene, amino, -N=N-, alkenyl, alkynyl and phenyl, m, n and y are each independently selected from 0 or a positive integer; dispersing the polyaromatic ring compound and the metal oxide nanoparticles in a solvent to acquire a mixed solution; and heating the mixed solution to acquire a composite material. The polyaromatic ring compound and the metal oxide nanoparticles are mixed and heated, so that the polyaromatic ring compound is coordinately connected with metal atoms on the surfaces of the metal oxide nanoparticles by means of an active group, thereby assembling and forming a layered superlattice structure, promoting the orderly arrangement of the metal oxide nanoparticles to a film, and improving the film forming performance and the crystallization performance of the metal oxide film.
