Provided is a composite member (100) comprising a matrix portion (10) that is composed of an inorganic substance, and an organic pigment (20) that is present inside the matrix portion (10) in a dispersed state. The composite member (100) has a porosity at a cross-section of the matrix portion (10) of 20% or less. Also provided are a construction member and a decoration member comprising the composite member.
