Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for hangover relief, comprising a noni fruit extract or a fraction thereof and, more specifically, provides a noni fruit extract or a fraction thereof, which is prepared using a certain concentration of ethanol as an extraction solvent, to contain a large amount of polysaccharides having excellent hangover relieving functionality and an average molecular weight of 8-10 kDa.
